Add your own Event Types (Mailshots, Exhibitions, Demos, etc.)

NewEventTypes

In addition to the three default event types, Meeting, Call and Email, you can now add your own.

To do this:

  • Click on the Cog
  • Select ‘CRM Settings’
  • Select Event Types on the left
  • Add your new types

These will now appear as options in the event type dropdown.
